I’m on a lifelong journey of building a community and practice that brings people from different backgrounds and places in their lives, together over simple things like savoring a delicious cookie accompanied by the perfect cup of tea, a bike ride, a walk in Central Park. Along the way, we will tap into our every day rituals that elevate the pleasures of the simple as well as the most rewarding things that move us - heart, mind and body. Together we are stronger and able to live our best lives.
