Better than all the times before - cornbread
I was thinking cornmeal biscuits but then I took a detour somewhere and decided...cornbread! NO. It doesn't have gluten in it... I cannot cook with gluten anymore...but it really "doesn't matter" anymore (ok...it does...I miss Cheeseboard sourdough bread and brioche knots), cuz this cornbread is lighter and moister than any cornbread I made beFORE that fateful day.
