better than all the times before – cornbread

I was thinking cornmeal biscuits but then I took a detour somewhere and decided…cornbread! NO. It doesn’t have gluten in it… I cannot cook with gluten anymore…but it really “doesn’t matter” anymore (ok…it does…I miss Cheeseboard sourdough bread and brioche knots), cuz this cornbread is lighter and moister than any cornbread I made beFORE that fateful day.
